Marketing Opt-In

1. What you are agreeing to
By checking the marketing opt-in box on the Finding Yoga checkout form, you consent to receive marketing communications from Finding Yoga and Trident Partners Co. ("we," "us," or "our") at the email address you provide.
2. What we will send
Marketing communications may include:
- Announcements about new features, templates, and services
- Promotional offers, member spotlights, and Finding Yoga community updates
- Educational content for yoga teachers about growing their practice online
- Invitations to webinars, events, and other Finding Yoga programs
These messages are separate from transactional emails (such as billing receipts, password resets, and account notifications), which are required to operate the Service and are not affected by this opt-in.
3. How often we will email you
We aim to keep marketing email volume low — typically no more than one to two messages per week, and often less. We do not share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Unsubscribe at any time
You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, at no cost, by:
- Clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email we send you
- Updating your communication preferences in your Finding Yoga dashboard
- Emailing privacy@tridentpartners.co with the subject "unsubscribe"
Unsubscribing will not affect transactional emails or your access to the Service.
5. Your data
Your email address and marketing preferences are stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Marketing email is delivered through Resend.
6. Changes to this opt-in
We may update this opt-in language from time to time. The version and effective date above will reflect any changes. Material changes to how we use your email for marketing will be communicated to you in advance.
